AURATIC is born

In a remote village in Raoping, Chaozhou, Guangdong, when other children were playing outside, Liu Quanhui, a young boy, was guarding the stove in a small wooden building, his hands covered with paint, watching his father smelting gold with charcoal while helping his father grind ceramic pigments. The glazes his father made were called Jiahong and Yihong. At that time, he did not know that the ancestral skills would be carried forward in his hands in the name of "national porcelain". In 1993, Liu Quanhui followed a business delegation to Saudi Arabia. He visited all the major department stores and supermarkets in Saudi Arabia to see where his ceramic products were sold, but he did not see a single shadow. After asking customers, he learned that his products were just cheap gifts at gas stations and disposable items used by local people for pilgrimage. The shopping malls and supermarkets were full of Japanese and European ceramic brands, and Chinese ceramics could not even be put on the shelves, which made him feel very uncomfortable. He saw a local distributor's contact number written on the ceramic packaging box in the mall, so he made an appointment with a friend from the Chinese Embassy to visit the Saudi businessman. However, the Saudi businessman gave Liu Quanhui a blow as soon as he opened his mouth, "I only do business with the Japanese, not the Chinese. Doing business with the Chinese is just like being a porter."Ceramics used to be the pride of China, but now they have become street goods. Liu Quanhui, whose ancestors have been engaged in ceramics for generations, felt ashamed and slapped in the face. Liu Quanhui secretly vowed to create his own brand and make Chinese ceramics that will impress the world.With a strong will, Liu Quanhui began to focus on the world's high-end brand ceramic market. In 1997, he invited ceramic art experts from Germany and Italy to design brands and products, established his own brand AURATIC, and applied for trademark registration in more than 40 countries and regions around the world, establishing a brand new high-end daily-use porcelain brand to avoid homogeneous competition. In the same year, the new products of Guoci Yongfengyuan quickly occupied shopping malls and supermarkets in Saudi Arabia, and expanded its business to the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Southern Europe and other places.

 

State Banquet Porcelain Creates a New Contemporary Cultural Heritage

The G20 summit ignited the madam porcelain, and also started the new brand strategy of Guoci Yongfengyuan, "endorsing state banquet porcelain and bringing state banquet to family banquet".
Since 2017, relying on the superb design level of Huang Chunmao, associate professor of the Central Academy of Fine Arts and deputy director of Guoci Yongfengyuan, and the advanced technology accumulated by Guoci Yongfengyuan, Guoci Yongfengyuan has successively undertaken the task of state banquet tableware for the "Belt and Road" International Cooperation Summit Forum, the Xiamen BRICS Conference, and the high-level meeting of the 13th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification, and has been highly praised by heads of state and guests. And won the honorary titles of "China's National Porcelain Production Enterprise" and "Shenzhen Time-honored Brand".
In 2018, Guoci Yongfengyuan once again took on the task of banquet porcelain for the 2018 Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference, the informal meeting between the leaders of China and India in Wuhan, the second annual meeting of the leaders of China and North Korea, the SCO Qingdao Summit, and the first China International Import Expo in Shanghai. In the same year, the "National Unity Porcelain Vase" was successfully completed as a gift from the central government to the official kiln for the 60th anniversary of Ningxia; the "Watching and Helping Each Other" tea set was used to promote national unity and celebrate the 60th anniversary of Guangxi.

The story behind it

In 2007, the Imperial Yellow Tea Set "Crane's Longevity" from Yongfengyuan, China Ceramics, was presented to President Putin by then-President Hu Jintao as a state gift. Since then, Putin and his partner, Medvedev, have been firmly in the first and second positions in Russia. It seems that the Imperial Yellow, a special color for ancient Chinese emperors, has always blessed President Putin and his team. It was also since then that Yongfengyuan, China Ceramics, and President Putin have had a ten-year relationship.
Ten years later, in 2017, when President Putin attended the "Belt and Road" International Summit Forum in Beijing, Xi Jinping used Yongfengyuan's "Golden Peony" to entertain President Putin. At the table, the two leaders sat next to each other, tasting delicacies and talking about Chinese porcelain together, and had a great time. At this time, the porcelain on the table perfectly became the emotional bond between the two leaders.
Later, at the BRICS Summit in Xiamen, Xi Jinping once again used Yongfengyuan's "Mr. Porcelain·Pearl of the Sea" to entertain Putin and other heads of state and guests attending the meeting. President Putin also had the opportunity to meet Yongfengyuan, the national porcelain brand, for the third time, and continued this precious porcelain relationship.
From state gifts to state banquets, the ten-year porcelain relationship between Yongfengyuan, the national porcelain brand, and President Putin will continue.
